So here’s the IDDSI webinar – our latest collaboration with the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative.
We were asked to look at some of the more complex ideas around modifying foods for IDDSI Levels. Here we look at starchy foods at IDDSI Level 4 Pureed; meats at IDDSI Level 5 Minced and Moist; and vegetables at IDDSI Level 6 Soft and Bite Sized.
